These silly little wounds will never mend
I feel so far from where I’ve been
So I go, and I will not be back here again
I’m gone as the day is fading on white houses
So strange to think that it’s all over. These past 4 years were really something else. I look back with only a smile. I have grown into someone I am truly proud to be. I owe it all the amazing (but at times annoying) York High School faculty, my family, and my friends. And of course, the big Guy upstairs. My next chapter continues in about 85 days. But I’ll never forget where I came from and the amazing people who have been with me through it all. I am so excited to see what lays before me at Butler. So ready or not, here I come.
